Brent Seabrook is an amazing player. He is (in my opinion) the best defenseman in the NHL, if not the world. He has inspired many young kids as well as me. He inspires me because he never gave up in 2013 when they were down 1-2 v Boston Bruins. They scored 2 goals in 17 seconds and won the Stanley cup. His sportsmanship is outstanding. If he loses by 1 or by 10 he still has a great attitude.
Now to the stats of Brent. In 2003 he won the Russian U18 Championships. The next year in Finland he won the World Junior Championships. And 1 year later after that in 2005 he won the USA Junior World Championships. He signed with the Blackhawks in 2003 as the 1st round pick (14 overall) and has won three Stanley Cups in 6 seasons! He is famous for his ferocious hits and power-packed slap shots. I hope you are inspired by this defender because I certainly am. And when you think about Seabrook you should think: Never give up!
