Riverside Creative Arts Camp is an opportunity for boys and girls to grow in imagination, creativity, fellowship, and faith. Together they learn how to sing, draw/paint, dance, and play musical instruments. The Arts have the power to awaken a greater vision of life in each person. The Arts inspire us, enliven us, and give us hope.
At our Creative Arts Camp, the Riverside Tutors lead the boys and girls though four classes: musical instruments, choir, dance, and sketching/painting. We also offer classes in fiber arts & sewing led by Jocelyn Jansen. Creative Arts Camp I is for younger students, ages 8-11. Creative Arts Camp II is for older students, ages 12-14.
Riverside is teaming up with Jocelyn Jansen to offer creative arts classes. Jocelyn has instructed classes in fiber arts at Riverside, and has been the creative force behind Riverside’s theatre costuming for the past 8 years.
These programs will be hosted in the Jansen home and cost for the classes will go towards supplies and to support Riverside’s theatre program.
