Riverside Creative Arts Camp is an opportunity for boys and girls to grow in imagination, creativity, fellowship, and faith. Together they learn how to sing, draw/paint, dance, and play musical instruments. The Arts have the power to awaken a greater vision of life in each person. The Arts inspire us, enliven us, and give us hope.

At our Creative Arts Camp, the Riverside Tutors lead the boys and girls though four classes: musical instruments, choir, dance, and sketching/painting. We also offer classes in fiber arts & sewing led by Jocelyn Jansen. Creative Arts Camp I is for younger students, ages 8-11. Creative Arts Camp II is for older students, ages 12-14.

Beatrix Potter Camp for Girls

Join us this summer to explore nature through the eyes of Beatrix Potter.  Through the inspiration of these wonderful tales, your girls will receive guided instruction on nature journaling, painting, and embroidery.  They will also have the opportunity to create character sketches and plan a party.

The days will be filled with games, songs, prayer, scripture study, and dance.  LaSalle Manor’s beautiful property will be the perfect landscape for many new adventures and a great place to build new friendships to kick-off the summer!

Riverside is teaming up with Jocelyn Jansen to offer this unique class. Jocelyn has instructed classes in fiber arts at Riverside, and has been the creative force behind Riverside’s theatre costuming for the past 9 years.
